I'm with Lee on this one - I don't know why it is, maybe I'm just a stubborn old guy who's ordered coke all his life, but I was never so fussy that I wouldn't just order whatever it was they had. Not many places sell both, and some restaurants (or whatever) I've been in in the world, sell really crap rubbishy stuff whatever you order - so I don't personally think it's that big a deal.
